  My understanding is that there was a co-director, a woman from India, who had as much to do with directing this movie as the guy standing waving that Oscar around. I also understand that she was overlooked, ignored, not given credit nor recognition because of the underlying sexism of the Academy. This, reportedly, has happened to many women. Anyone else hear this or anything similar?
