  I agree with Bret B. I don't believe gays should be terrorized, beaten, or otherwise physically or verbally abused. However, just because someone 'wants' to redefine marriage, that doesn't mean it should happen, anymore than we can redefine murder by calling abortion a 'choice'.

  No on 8! I saw this speech and cried. Several people who I saw it with were all touched too, another one cried like me. This speech just made my heart ache with hope and longing.

  Jennifer R, aren't you telling people what to believe by saying that gays deserve equal rights? They need to stop telling the rest of the country what to believe. They can get all the rights they want but they can't redefine what marriage means.
