  Very elegant and certainly is modest. It doesn't need any additional color to add more substance, and yet, the necklace is perfect, it doesn't overwhelm the dress since the dress is a simple, neutral color, an elegant beige. You don't have to have a colorful dress to show regal or an Oscar award elegance. Natural or eh, Neutral is better!
