  The dress' message......"Keep your arms tight to your side so I won't fall down." Good golly, the black belt is a necessity, though a poor choice of color again, for this drooping piece of yellow chiffon. And I thought I had the droopiest boobs out there, I mean in there! "KEEP THOSE ARMS TIGHT, WOMAN!!"
