Grade: B-

Anne's Armani Prive gown sparkled with Swarovski crystals, and the royal blue color really pops. But the strapless fit isn't flattering and the long train just looks messy.

  I actually don't mind the decotelle line as much as the way the beading transitions into the rest of the dress. I think it transitions too abruptly and at a bit of an awkward level. Also it looks a bit too long, but I do love the color. I think the deep jewel tone looks GREAT against her pale skin. :-)
