  I think he was the best all around actor for our generation. He wasn't a self centered actor either. HE fought for his supporting actors as well as took on small parts in other movies. He will greatly be missed. Best Supporting actor no doubt. I saw the others and compared to them, he deserves it. Even if he hadn't died.
