Your comments about Sean Penn very mindless. Sean has really honned his craft over the years and has growned to be a very exceptional actor. Sean's portrayal of Harvey Milk was masterful and a lot of people were not aware that Harvey Milk impacted an attitude in the 70's. After I saw Milk I told my brother that Sean would win an Oscar. What A performance!! Sean will get another Oscar.

This is some bullsh@t,why is it that when someone is portraying gay characters they get the Oscar? Milk and Brokeback mountain? That was the worst movie ever made and disgusting to see 2 men kissing. People are always sooo sensitive to gay rights and how they feel, what a joke. That s--- should'nt be acceptable in any type of media or movies. It is a forbidden lifestyle ,they should go to hell!

What is Sean Penn's problem? While a fine actor, although somewhat limited, one would think, just for a night, he could divest himself of his political rhetoric and simply enjoy the evening. But, nooo. Not Mr. "Look at me". Sometimes I wonder if Mr. Penn's mentality might not be that far removed from that of the surfer dude he once portrayed.

Just like Brokeback mountain,I have zero interest in Milk. I personally am not even remotely interested in th inner working of a gay life . It seem that for a moving to get any recognition anymore ,it has to be controvertial or boring.

I had seen the documentary "The Times of Harvey Milk" years ago as well as other footage of Mr. Milk and was blown away by seeing the trailer since Penn had nailed the character so well. It was great to see him win even if his speech rambled a bit.

Just the Milk afterparty hosted by some terrible drag queens benefitting the Gay and Lesbian Alliance!
