Two in one pic. They both are great. Looking forward to seeing Meryl and Amy together again in Julie & Julia.

I have to admit that in the beginning of his career, I felt Philip Seymor Hoffman was "acting" the parts and he was beeing a little bit to obvious. After his turn as Capote, I've seen him delete that obviousness and become a better performer. His work in DOUBT is decisive, specially if we know he has to clash with Dame Meryl Streep and still make us believe there is a reasonable doubt. I

I haven't seen this yet, but can't wait all of these actors have a wide range of talent from comedy to drama. I love Meryl Streep (she was rocking in Devil Wears Prada going to see this tonight.

Amy Adams was so wonderful in "Doubt", probably my favorite performance in that movie. I fell in love with her character, she was just so true to life that you could feel it. Hoffman was equally outstanding, though he has absolutely no chance of winning.

If Heath somehow doesnt win, then it should go to Hoffman. He is a master actor. Overacts, are you kidding me? He turns it up when it needs to be turned up and is subtle when need be. Always wonderful choices and so believable. Master actor. Amy Adams, there are no words to describe her performance. That was subtlness, restraint and meekness at its finest.

He's way to over exposed. He overacts now. He's like Al Pacino a charactature of himself. Thumbs down.
