This was snubbed. I just saw this movie, and however good "Departures" is, this one is way better.

the "sabra and shatila" massacre was carried out by the christian phalangist. you all better learn your history. for those who even havn't seen the movie (but still write here) - you can see it also in the movie. the movie is about war, and how it affects young a soldier. the movie is anti-war, and does not judge who is right or wrong here. but the facts are facts. try to google it befo

Well i really like the idea about the last show in the Film but still Israelis doing that movie for some reason and of curs the crimes against the civilians and the old peoples , woman's and the small kids its something unforgivable and yeah it is a very creative piece of animation work .

I haven't seen the movie, but I wonder how the Israelis will manage not to show the crimes they committed against the civilians and how they will shift the story and make people sympathize with them instead of the innocent Lebanese. It would be interesting to see that! I question the storyline and the message of the film, but I have to admit it is a very creative piece of animation work.
