This was a no brainer. Die and win an Oscar. It is sad that he passed and although he may have been good in the movie, I would never see it. Hate all the Batman movies. They are all too dark for my brain. I want to be entertained when I go to a movie, not disgusted. Josh, you were my pick. Too bad I'm not on the committee.

He should have won HANDS DOWN.I understand the situation at hand, there should be a SPECIAL AWARD for the Departed,How does the living compete with the departed? It's a no win situation,Let the living compete with the living....Any one of the nominees should have won, they knew they were loosing to Heath,They took it like men,I don't think it's fair or respectful to implicate the departed .
